TRAINING FOR THE SIR CERTIFICATE RPB
During this course you will be trained by the experienced instructor, based on the requirements set by SIR, for the Respiratory Protection B (RPB) certificate.
The course consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The course covers the operation of the breathing apparatus and the life support unit, and how these devises can be used safely during work activities. At the end of the course, the participant knows which protective equipment is needed and knows the limitations of the human respiratory system. The material is explained in an understandable way, based on recognisable, real-life examples. We continuously adjust the content to new requirements and changes in the industry. For this course we use the SIR handbook Respiratory Protection.
When working in IDLH conditions (life-threatening) or in a nitrogen-rich environment, Respiratory Protection Level C is required.
In addition to Dutch, the SIR exam (digital) can also be taken in English, German or French. Our courses are taught in Dutch as standard. In consultation this is also possible in English or German. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
